Review the overview for connector-specific scope and prerequisites. Available operations depend on your configuration and the source platform’s API permissions.
Open Connectors in your Company, Practice or Government workspace. Activate an available connector, or ask your administrator to restore suspended access.
Provide the connector’s required API credentials or complete OAuth authorization. Install a store-side module where the connector requires one.
Map the applicable store, site, warehouse, legal entity and ERP location. Complete any account and currency mappings required by your chosen workflow.
Test representative transactions and review exceptions before relying on live synchronization. Monitor the operational controls available for your connector.
A CONTROLLED PATH TO SYNCHRONIZATION
Storefront and warehouse data needs a clear destination. Set the source connection and the appropriate ERP360 route before enabling the supported data flows.
ERP360’s native multicurrency capability remains part of the platform. Each connector still requires the correct source-currency and accounting configuration for its supported workflows.
Review features, delivery type and the current access plan. Tenant activation is separate from entering source credentials.
Connect the source platform and map the operational entities required by the connector.
Run supported imports or exchanges. Inspect the connector’s available health, exception, replay and reconciliation controls.

Super Admin controls which connectors are available across ERP360. Your tenant workspace manages activation and the authorized operational configuration.
Public descriptions and features are maintained in the Super Admin connector directory. Download access and runtime subscription entitlement are separate.

Super Admin can activate, suspend, block or reactivate tenant access. A tenant cannot remove an administrative block or suspension.
Listings may be Free, Free for now or paid. Monthly and annual prices are shown when configured. Paid runtime access requires a matching active subscription.
