1. License grant
Subject to the applicable subscription, order, entitlement and these terms, Numerish grants the authorised user or organisation a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use DocuSphere360 PDF Studio within the licensed edition, seats, devices, term and workspace scope.
2. Editions, subscriptions and entitlements
Free, Pro and Sovereign capabilities are controlled by the applicable Numerish commercial and License360 entitlement. Paid functionality may require online identity verification, workspace membership, subscription status, device registration and a cryptographically signed license lease.
3. Accounts, devices and activation
Users must protect Numerish account credentials and may not share, clone, tamper with, bypass or falsify license or device entitlements. Sovereign or air-gapped activation, where contractually approved, is subject to the applicable controlled offline licensing policy.
4. Restrictions
You may not circumvent security or licensing controls, distribute unauthorised copies, use cracked or repacked installers, remove proprietary notices, or reverse engineer the software except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
5. Updates and supported versions
Release360 identifies approved versions and may provide security, reliability or compatibility updates. Some features or connected services may require a minimum supported version. Production downloads are distributed only through approved Numerish or platform-store channels.
6. Customer documents and data
Ownership of customer documents does not transfer to Numerish or KT Group merely because the software processes them. Processing of personal information and connected cloud features is subject to the Privacy Policy and any applicable data-processing agreement or enterprise contract.
7. Connected services and third-party platforms
Optional connected capabilities such as Numerish eSign, AI services, DocuSphere360, app stores and third-party integrations may be governed by additional service terms, provider terms, regional availability and workspace policy.
8. Intellectual property
DocuSphere360 PDF Studio, Numerish software, interfaces, documentation, branding and related intellectual property remain protected by applicable rights. This agreement licenses use of the software; it does not transfer ownership of the software or underlying intellectual property.
9. Suspension and termination
Paid features may be restricted where a subscription expires, an entitlement is revoked, a device is deactivated, use breaches applicable terms, or security controls require suspension. License failure must not be used to destroy or encrypt customer documents.
10. Warranty, liability and enterprise agreements
Any warranties, service levels, support commitments, indemnities, liability allocations, governing law or procurement-specific terms are governed by the applicable written agreement, order form or mandatory law. This public license page does not replace negotiated enterprise terms.
