Control framework mapping
Map required standards and regulations to specific accountable controls and document any inherited cloud-provider controls.
Control register, standard version, responsibility assignment and applicability statement.
Enterprise assurance is not a wall of badges. It is a traceable relationship between a control objective, the real product and deployment scope, independently assessed evidence, its validity period and the responsible owner.
Numerish supports complex regulated workflows, but standards alignment, internal readiness, external assessment and legal authorisation are different states. No public statement should collapse them into one “certified” label.
The descriptions below outline control expectations and evidence to evaluate. They do not claim that a specific Numerish product has completed independent certification.
Each domain brings a specific objective and a practical review item. Choose the level of assurance needed for the relevant service and regulatory context.

Control register, standard version, responsibility assignment and applicability statement.
Each certification or audit report needs the issuing body, reviewed legal entity, included services, geography and time validity.
Actual signed assessment report, certificate number and independent issuer verification.
A failed, incomplete or untested gate needs to remain visibly unresolved in the governed record, with remediation ownership and date.
Risk register, corrective actions, change log, checker approval and retest receipt.
Financial, professional, healthcare, government and cross-border use can require additional contractual and statutory checks.
Jurisdiction and sector assessment, approved local policies and counsel review.
Customers need to understand which responsibilities Numerish owns, which depend on hosting/cloud suppliers and which remain with the customer.
Supplier inventory, subcontractor risk assessments and shared responsibility allocation.
Controls should be reconsidered after substantial product, infrastructure, provider or regulatory changes rather than indefinitely relying on prior evidence.
Evidence expiry tracking, release/change approvals, reassessment programme and renewal records.
The dividing line between supplier capability and customer responsibilities should be agreed before implementation or procurement sign-off.
No ISO, SOC, PCI, HIPAA or government certification for Numerish is claimed on these pages without an applicable independently verifiable attestation.
Request product- and version-specific artefacts; identify the relevant jurisdiction, data classes, hosting model and procurement requirements.
Controls and independently verified outcomes should not be confused.
Do not assume so. Product implementation and internal acceptance receipts are not proof of a third-party audit. Ask for evidence naming the exact product and period.
An authorised request can specify the desired evidence. Availability depends on what has actually been issued and what may be shared under NDA or other access conditions.
