Enterprise trust.
Earned through evidence.
Explore the safeguards, responsibilities and evidence pathways behind Numerish enterprise software. Designed to support informed risk decisions—not replace contractual review or independent verification.
Built around the questions
your reviewers ask.
Choose a domain to examine its responsibilities, control objectives, review evidence and important deployment limits.
Trust should be testable,
not simply asserted.
We separate design intent from verified acceptance, and public summaries from independently issued attestations.
Agree the scope.
Name the product, edition, environment, supplier and laws that apply.
Trace the controls.
Assess identity, data paths, encryption, approvals and external dependencies.
Inspect evidence.
Review installed-version tests, actual signatures and independent attestations.
Record the decision.
Capture exceptions, mitigating measures and authorised residual-risk approval.
One assurance model.
Different operating contexts.
The control evidence required for a cloud business platform is not identical to the evidence needed for desktop engineering, document processing or sovereign deployment.
ERP360 & shared services
Tenant identity, permissions, finance hand-offs, event propagation and extension governance.
- Identity and cross-product permission mapping
- Release, API and audit traceability
AEC360
Desktop and cloud boundaries, engineering results, project files and professional credentials.
- Device entitlement, files and backup scope
- Version-specific solver and BIM acceptance
DocuSphere360 & PDF Studio
Document access, cryptographic integrity, signature evidence, provider services and output correctness.
- Original vs derivative versions and permissions
- eSign, redaction and licensing evidence
Government & sovereign deployments
Country policy, residency, key custody, qualified approvals and independent regulatory commissioning.
- Applicable authorisation and HSM/KMS evidence
- Regional data-flow and isolation approvals
What an enterprise review
should examine.
Illustrative evidence categories, not a representation that every item is already issued, current or independently audited.
| Control domain | Review focus | Supporting evidence to request |
|---|---|---|
| Identity and access | MFA, privileged roles, tenant boundary and authorisation | Role matrix, protected-write tests, access review |
| Information protection | Encryption, backups, keys and retention | Key architecture, data classification and restore evidence |
| Software delivery | Reviews, dependencies, change control and release integrity | Release provenance and independent review scope |
| Continuity | Monitoring, incident response and recovery | Operational runbooks, exercise and restoration receipts |
| Privacy and providers | Processing roles, transfers, subprocessors | DPA, data-flow and transfer schedules |
| Regulatory assurance | Actual external audits and country approvals | Current certificate/report with explicit included scope |
Actual evidence availability and permitted disclosure are confirmed for the requested product and scope.
Policies and agreements.
Clear and accessible.
Review the current published policies and software terms, together with the separately identified AEC360 agreement draft. Service orders and negotiated terms may also apply.
Need a product-specific
assurance review?
Tell us the service, edition, region, required standard and your proposed use. We can route the enquiry to the appropriate Numerish team without suggesting that unavailable evidence already exists.
Questions worth asking.
Answers are intentionally explicit about what is confirmed, what depends on contract and what requires independent evidence.
Is every Numerish product certified to the same standard?
No universal certification is asserted. External certification must identify the exact legal entity, product, hosting scope, standard and period. Technical design or internal QA is not independent attestation.
How can my procurement team obtain documents?
Use the official contact form and identify the product, legal entity if known, country, cloud/desktop deployment, desired evidence and procurement deadline. Available restricted evidence may require an NDA and authorisation.
Does this centre report live service health?
No. A real-time availability assertion would require a connected, verified monitoring feed. Seek current support status and agreed service-level information from the applicable contract.
How do we assess government environments?
Country-specific controls and commissioning are assessed separately, including residency, approved cryptographic providers, role authorisation and genuine independent acceptance.
